Some of Allison's most memorable trips have been spelunking in Belize, hiking in Spain, diving in the BVIs, attending the opera in Vienna, and going on safari in South Africa.
Jenny has had a taste for travel her entire life. She lived in both Brussels and then Greece as a child until her parents settled back to England where she studied catering and hospitality in London's renowned Westminster College.
