Suzie was “taking the reigns” on family vacations and informally assisting friends in planning their trips for many years before joining Elli Travel.  She has a passion for travel, good food and fine wines.  Her appreciation for seeing the world began at an early age on a family vacation to Sardinia, Italy which was just the beginning of what became her bucket list.  Suzie studied abroad in Galway, Ireland and was able to see most of the country, Northern Ireland, and also travel throughout Spain and The Netherlands during her time there.  After college she embarked on amazing road trip throughout Eastern Europe visiting Prague, Budapest, Serbia, Bosnia (one of the most beautiful places she’s ever seen!), Croatia, Ljubljana and Vienna.

Suzie has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and worked in Behavioral Health as the manager of a psychiatric emergency room for over ten years before deciding to stay home and raise her four children.  While traveling with children can be a bit more difficult, she feels fortunate that she has the ability to give her children the gift of travel and to experience different places and cultures.  As a family they have visited some unique places like Mustique and Jumby Bay, but their favorite vacations for now are to The Turks and Caicos, Cabo, and Florida.  She is always focused on the best restaurants and local excursions to make the vacation a memorable one for all.

With a background in psychology, understanding people’s unique needs and interests is something that Suzie incorporates when curating a perfect itinerary for each individual, family or group.  Suzie can assist you with anything from an amazing one night getaway, to a milestone birthday trip, anniversary, honeymoon, babymoon, family vacation, or an unforgettable girls trip.  She is always most enthusiastic about giving personal recommendations for food and activities wherever you may be heading.

Suzie currently lives in Larchmont with her husband, four children and their family dog, Ginger.  She loves being involved in her kid’s schools and activities, cycling, playing tennis, and of course to travel, wine and dine, and to dance.
