Born in Seoul, Korea and raised in northern New Jersey, Claire graduated from Cornell University and worked in finance for 15 years raising institutional investor capital for hedge funds. 

Most recently she worked for Maverick Capital, a $10+ billion asset manager based in NYC, raising capital for their public and private funds. In this capacity, she covered clients across the globe and all investor types - ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, foundations, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. 

Her appetite for adventure has turned into a travel obsession that’s brought her across 6 continents for both work and pleasure. Whether it’s skiing in Zermatt, trekking glaciers in Patagonia, scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef or karaoke nights in Japan, Claire is most excited about her latest venture - a business that marries her love of travel and client relationships.
